Lee is our resident Reformer convert! Lee started out coaching basketball teams and soon started looking for bigger and better challenges – he took up hill walking and it wasn’t long before he was tracking the Inca Trail, and climbing the dizzying heights of Everest Base camp. Looking for an efficient, intelligent form of exercise that would give him the extra edge – better posture, flexibility and core strength and balance, and especially something to allow him to breath properly and increase his lung capacity, he started on the Mat and then climbed up to the Reformer! Lee is passionate about Pilates and believes everyone should be doing it – especially men – to allow them to get the most out of their bodies, both in everyday life, and in their chosen sport. Lee teaches Mat and Reformer in our Donnybrook studio.
