Emma’s journey with movement began as a child when she practiced ballet into her teenage years. Through her years dancing ballet, Emma began to understand the importance of body awareness and controlled movement which laid the groundwork for the pilates passion which was yet to develop. In 2012 Emma began to practice mat pilates frequently and was blown away by the benefits which she saw and felt in her body. Moving from mat to reformer pilates, Emma fell in love once again seeing a whole other side to pilates and to controlled and precise movement. Completely enamoured with the way that pilates allowed her to feel, Emma decided that she wanted to help to bring pilates to everyBody and began training in Mat and Reformer pilates instruction and hasn’t looked back since!
