Jessica has led an active lifestyle from a young age, competing in numerous activities such as soccer, camogie, athletics and Irish dancing to name a few. Her passion for health and fitness commenced her journey of studying for a BSc in nutritional sciences and also personal training. A recurring back injury brought Jessica to her first Mat Pilates class, and from here she became obsessed. Jessica has now trained in Mat, Reformer and Barre, where her love continues to grow for all things Pilates! Jessica aims to help people fuel their body correctly and achieve the most out of their workouts, in order to live a happy and healthy life.
